PROTOTYPE I:
DRAW A MEMORY!
User B: Samantha, 26, Female
Listening to... Track 005
Users will start by testing a mouse, trackpad, and wacom tablet, then choose the one they feel most comfortable using for drawing. This initial test provides valuable insights, as the drawing tool selected impacts the overall experience on the digital interface.
01 Drawing with a Wacom Tablet:- ꕀ Easiest and most comfortable
- ꕀ Manageable
- ꕀ Hardest
02 Drawing with a Mouse:
03 Drawing with Computer Trackpad:
"Using a trackpad to draw is so challenging. A mouse is slightly better but both require me to hold and drag with my fingers to draw which is not comfortable. Wacom is the best, just feels natural, like drawing with pen and paper."
Overall, this user chose to draw with a Wacom tablet as it comes with a pen so it's easier to control. The mouse is too wide to hold when drawing, whike the trackpad have to hold and drag using one finger which makes it challenging.
Even though the wacom drawing looks nicer, I feel that User B's trackpad drawing was funny as it has so much character.

USER B's Feedback
Overall Experience Rating:Relevance, Interactivity, Engagement,
Accuracy, Therapeutical
4/5
"It's pretty fun seeing how accurate it was, they even detected my 'wow'! It's just fun to keep drawing as I'll get curious at the outcomes. I don't really like to read when I see texts that are too long but this was interesting so I will be engaged for awhile. However, it might be too much after some time."

PROTOTYPE I:
DRAW A MEMORY!
User C: Ben, 25, Male
Listening to... Track 007
01 Drawing with a Computer Trackpad:
- ꕀ Hardest, so uncomfortable, draw slow
- ꕀ Needs a good mouse with good click feel
- ꕀ Easiest and most efficient for drawing
02 Drawing with a Mouse:
03 Drawing with Wacom Tablet:
"Using a trackpad to draw is the worst as I don't really use trackpad and it's slow. I always use a mouse as it has better control but the quality of the mouse affects the overall experience. The current mouse requires me to click hard when I was drawing the dots on the faces during the test, needs a better mouse and a mousepad. I prefer the wacom but I need more practice to get used to it. There's limited drawing space, it can be bigger. Paper and pen and the Wacom are similar so i don't mind both, but since using pen and paper to draw is common and boring, I choose the wacom."

USER C's FEEDBACK
Overall Experience Rating: Relevance, Interactivity, Engagement, Accuracy, Therapeutical
5/5
"Collaboration with AI is interesting. The sound did trigger memory and drawing helps me to recall more specific details. Example how a Nokia phone looks like."
PROTOTYPE II:
MOTION IN MEMORY, CIRCULATING THOUGHTS
User A: Samantha, 26, Female
Listening to... Track 008
Users will start by choosing a track and listening to the soundscape. They will then interact with the buttons to recreate the movements recalled in their memory.
An interactive interface that allows users to interact with the touchboard to enter an immersive soundscape. To begin, users listen to a soundscape and recall the movement in it. Then, interact with movement buttons that they associate with the most to the sound, to project different movements on the screen.
"Using sound to recall a memory and converting hand drawings to freestyle animation is so different. I was suddenly reminded of a scene from the past."

PROTOTYPE II:
MOTION IN MEMORY, CIRCULATING THOUGHTS
User B: Ben, 25, Male
Listening to... Track 011
"A little distracting. It's hard to recall a memory and play with the buttons at the same time. I don't find it as therapeutic as drawing."
Insights gained:
There's a mixed feeling of reactions observed. It might be hard to relax because some might feel the need to multitask for Prototype II. It might be that the more complex it is, the less therapeutic or relax the participant will feel. However, it is agreeable that Prototype I is effective in memory recall and engaging at the same time.

Instructional Booklet
I feel that there's a need to do up an instructional booklet of each prototype for people who don't know what I'm doing to understand my project better. The booklet will include the concept, artist statement, objective, steps and achievable outcomes.
Pre & Post-survey
This is crucial to gain extra insights and feedbacks on how to further improve my prototypes. The critics and prompts allow me to reflect on my making which will be helpful for my dissertation.

Prototype B Tri-fold booklet Outer Sread The majority chose wacom as their drawing tool and finds a digital animation application the most interesting or engaging.
Prototype b Tri-fold booklet Inner Sread The majority thinks digital drawing helps them relax the most and is the most comfortable way to draw and express a memory triggered by sound.
